General Policies

For groups, we charge a deposit at check-in, in the amount of €250 per person.

The hotel reserves the right to charge €250 per person for any type of group, groups of the same age, stag/hen parties, young groups (not necessarily more than one apartment), preferably in the form of a block n o credit card at check-in.

Procedure for deposits paid in cash value:

  • If you leave between 9:00 am and 9:30 am, we ask that you come and inform reception of your departure time the night before.

  • If check-out takes place after 5 pm (after prior authorization for late check-out by reception) and 9 am, the deposit will not be refunded on the day of departure.

  • If the apartment does not show damage after inspection by our staff, it will be returned at check-out.

    Due to the work flow and depending on the number of departures, we inform you that we may reserve the right to refund the deposit after the check-out day

  • In case of damage, we reserve the right to a conditional refund within 30 days after check-out, to analyze the damage and request quotes for repair/replacement. You will be informed of them and costs, with a damage invoice by email.

In cases where the deposit was not returned on the departure day, it will be returned by bank transfer within 7 days.

Deposits guaranteed by credit card:

  • The deposit is guaranteed in the form of blocking the amount on the card, and it is unavailable for use by the customer, the amount is never charged

  • If the apartment does not show damage after inspection by our staff, it will be unlocked on the day of check-out, not requiring the presence of the guest for the procedure, since it is automatic

  • In case of damage, we reserve the right to a conditional refund within 30 days after check-out, to analyze the damage and request quotes for repair/replacement

Rede Unicre informs that although the release of the deposit at our ATM terminal is immediate, depending on the guest's bank, it may take between 7-30 days to be unblocked from the customer's account and become available again.

If you would like proof of cancellation of the deposit at the ATM terminal, please fill in the respective fields below and return it to reception.

If after 30 days it is still not available, please contact us by email, indicating the dates of stay, the apartment number and the name of the person who filled out the check-in form.
